USB Loader GX est un homebrew qui permet de lancer des backups de jeux Wii stockés sur un disque dur USB ou une clé USB, via une interface agréable affichant les jaquettes de vos jeux.
Cet USB Loader est originalement basé sur l'USB Loader 1.1 par Waninkoko. Les backups sur carte SD ne sont pas supportés.



ATTENTION:
USB Loader GX Version 3.0 introduit un nouveau système de mise à jour automatique pas compatible avec les anciennes versions. (les anciens serveurs ne sont plus en fonctionnement)
Si vous utilisez une ancienne version d'USB Loader GX, vous devez le mettre à jour manuellement.
Pour cela il vous faut téléchargez la dernière version, puis effacez gxglobal.cfg de votre support SD/USB avant de copier le contenu de l'archive précédemment téléchargé (USB Loader GX 3.0).

- Homebrew et chaines de lancement: lancez vos homebrew et chaines favoris depuis le loader.
- Formatages supportés: WBFS, FAT32, NTFS, Ext2/3/4.
- Partitions multiples supportées en même temps.
- 4 différents modes d'affichage: liste, grille, carrousel, chaine.
- Affiche l'animation bannière comme sur le Système Menu Wii.
- Jeux customisés supportés et filtrage avancé (par titre, genre, niveau de favori, catégories définies par l'utilisateur, etc.).
- Détection/support des écrans larges.
- Supportes multiples langages.
- Supportes toutes les manettes (Wiimote, Nunchuck, Manette GameCube, Manette classique, etc.).
- Mise à jour interne: Mise à jour de la dernière version depuis le loader (requiert une connexion Wifi active).
- GameTDB: Renomme automatiquement tous les titres de jeu et récupères les infos des jeu (développeur, éditeur, genre, année, note, etc.).
- Téléchargement des covers: téléchargement des covers 2D, covers 3D et images disque en original ou customisé.
- Statistiques de jeu: vous montre combien de fois vous avez joué à un jeu, ajoute titre et temps de jeu et l'envoi au tableau de message officiel Wii.
- Supportes les Gamer's Tags: Envoies votre dernier jeu joué au site qui créer les tags dynamiques et les signatures de forum.
- Paramètres globaux et paramètres spécifiques aux jeux.
- Emulation nand: Emule la mémoire interne de votre wii et archive les sauvegardes de jeu et chaines sur SD ou USB (espace mémoire Wii illimité).
- Chargement dol alternatif: Plusieurs dols alternatifs sont automatiquement chargés si nécessaire.
- Supportes le rechargement de dol des jeux.
- Support Ocarina: Téléchargement et activation des cheat codes pour vos jeux.

Dans le même genre, Cover Flow est similaire mais d'un autre style, cependant il n'existe pour l'instant qu'en version béta.

Celui-ci est vraiment très beau, le DVD qui tourne c'est vraiment sympa.
(On trouve aussi les covers et disks sur http://www.theotherzone.com/wii/index.php)

En tout cas vivement que quelqu'un nous propose une version chaine qui reste dans la sobriété de cet homebrew...:;)::

Pour la critique constructive, ce serait superbe si les photos pouvaient être stockées sur la partition fat du HD(si présente) et pas sur la SD... Je pense que se sera l'une des prochaines évolution du soft...

Ça y est, la version chaine est dispo sur le lien gbatemp.net
Il y a deux chaines: une normale et une version "forwarder" qui d'après moi va chercher le boot.dol dans le dossier "Apps". Je ne connais pas l'intérêt, si quelqu'un d'ailleurs peut m'éclairer à ce sujet...?

En attendant je teste le .wad ce soir ou ce midi...

"forwarder" aucun intérêt, mieux vaut un wad ou direktement un boot.dol dés le démarrage de la console paf en arrive directement dans le Loader.

bonjour a tous faut il wbfs manager pour cette version de l'usb loader car a la fin de la video il marque A usb drive formatted in FAT or wbfs
et y a t-il un wad de sorti

Bonjour, dans le but de télécharger les images disque via le loader, quel est le nom du fichier à créer sur la carte SD?
J'ai mis les covers dans un fichier "images", cela fonctionne, mais pour les image disque?

Par défaut les covers de DVD se placent dans un sous-répertoire "disc" du répertoire "images" (qui contient les covers des boîtes) => SD:\images\disc

... Mais il est possible de modifier cela dans la configuration du Loader (via le second onglet)

a la racine de la sd tu créer un dossier image,un autre dossier images,dans le dossier image tu créer un dossier disc.n'oublie po que tu peu mettre t images ou bon te semble suffis de renseigner le chemin sur le loader pour le débloquer le mdp par défaut c ab121b.

une fois t dossier créer débloqué le loader va sur les covers clic dessus et il te proposera de les télécharger voila j'espère avoir étais clair et utile

une fois les dossier créer unlock lusbloader avec le mdp suivant ab121b reviens sur le loader clic sur le covers vide et la il te propose de télécharger les covers en 3D et les discs.

n'oubliez pas aussi q'une fois unlock l'usbloader vous pouvez donnez le chemin ou ce trouve vo dossier image,images/disc et wtheme ::)::

pour les covers, suffit d'aller sur le site officiel et de télécharger un pack complet de disc, 1 de covers, et 1 special de covers des jeux qui marche pas ou mal (c'est signalé sur la pochette)

2 questions :
1) l'usbloader permet t'il de bloquer des maj ?
2) quel est la meilleure app(facile a mettre et a enlever, pratique, moins risqué, légé) pour faire booter la console directement sur l'usbloader, et dans ce cas là est-ce toujours possible de revenir sur le menu wii a partir de l'usbloader?

ps: je pense que la véritable évolution serai de pouvoir installer des WAD sur notre support usb :)

il existe une revision 352 (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KW9CKFVQ), la 354 est la dernière mais n'apporte rien de probant.

Elle prend en charge la traduction par fichier (http://usbloader-gui.googlecode.com/svn-history/r354/trunk/Languages/french). fonctionne tres bien. les themes restent compatibles.

POur le controle parental, il faut le fichier Titles.txt que l'on creer ainsi :

R69XP5 = titre du jeu personalisé = 1
#COMMENTAIRE : {gameid} = {titre a afficher} = {niveau du controle parental}

dans le titles.txt, mettre un ctrl parental de 0 ou de 1 est ridicule car le jeu sera forcément affiché. Par contre mettre 4, permet de cacher le jeu et de bloquer totalement son acces.

Dans les options, si le ctrl parental est à :
- 0, il est inactif
- 1, tout les jeux ayant été renseigné dans le titles.txt à maximum 1 sont affichés.
- 2, tout les jeux ayant été renseigné dans le titles.txt à maximum 2 sont affichés.
- 3, tout les jeux ayant été renseigné dans le titles.txt à maximum 3 sont affichés.
- 4, n'existe pas dans les options, mais si un jeu est mis en 4 dans le txt, il sera caché quelque soit le niveau de ctrl parental


Pour résumé,
- le fichier titles.txt est a creer soit meme et a placer dans le rep "sd:/config/". et fonctionne avec la 1r340 presente en ce moment ici. C'est un peu long. il existe des fichier titles.txt dispo sur le net avec plein de titres. du coup, on s'y retrouve pas trop (http://sites.google.com/site/usbloadergui/downloads). je conseil de faire l'effort de se taper la saisie.
- le fichier french.txt est a placer dans le rep "sd:/config/language/french.txt" (je note tout car dans le 1r352, il faut tout saisir pour que le fichier soit utilisé. N'Activez pas la correction UTF8, elle vire les accents et du coup, c'est illisible.
- pour les themes, comme on peux indiquer le chemin, j'en ai préinstallé plusieurs sous le rep "sd:/themes/" et j'y ajoute le nom pour prévisualisé : ex "sd:/themes/win7/"
- Les covers ne sont pas compatible directement (depuis l'usb loader 1.5), il faut les agrandir. je conseil http://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche277902-easy-image-modifier.html , version portable sans installation et rapide. mais j'ai finalement téléchargé les covers 3d (<= si quelqu'un sait comment faire un covers 3d identiques aux leurs, je suis preneur.)
- semblerai que lancer l'usb loader GX avec le .elf serai plus efficace. je n'ai pas essayé.

Je conseil vivement de mettre ces quelques fichiers sur le site, je sais pas combien de temps ils resteront dispo sur le net. Enfin ,j'en ai une copie au besoin.

quand je lance des backups installés sur disque dur, parfois l'usb loader gx plante au lancement du jeu. Du coup je suis obligé de lancer le jeu avec l'usb loader v1.5, qui fonctionne très bien. l'usb loader v1.5 à l'aire plus stable que l'usb loader gx pour lancer les jeux 5ex : supermario galaxy, wario ware.....)
